Privacy Policy

Plan&Pocket respects household financial privacy and only uses data needed to provide the expense management experience.

Data we collect

We collect account information such as name and email, plus the financial data you enter into the app.

This includes transactions, income, expenses, budgets, categories, payment methods, household member labels, and group settings.

Your data is used to provide dashboards, transaction history, budget tracking, reports, account management, authentication, and support.

Plan&Pocket does not sell your data and this project does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.

Passwords are hashed before storage. Authentication uses secure HTTP-only cookies and server-side session revocation.

Secrets, tokens, passwords, and full financial records should not be logged in production systems.

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes the account and related local Plan&Pocket data through database cascade rules.

Backups may retain deleted data for a limited operational retention period depending on the production hosting provider.
